CLP Members Request for Recurring Sublease Assistance

Please read the sublease policy before submitting this form.

This form is your request to have the Colby Lake Swim & Tennis Business Office handle your sublease on a recurring basis for each year until you notify us to stop (must be at the end of a season) or you sell your home.

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the normal sublease agreement. The business office will attempt to sublease your propery for you and apply the dues collected to your member account. This is not a guarantee of sublease. If we are unable to sublease your property by the end of June of the current season, we will notify you of your responsibility..

I verify that I am a member of Colby Lake Swim and Tennis Association and have read the sublease policy. I agree to transfer my membership on a recurring yearly basis to a sublease family to be appointed by the Colby Lake Swim and Tennis Association business office. Dues collected by the subleasee will be applied to my member account with the Colby Lake Swim and Tennis Association minus any sublease processing fee collected.

I also acknowledge that if a sublease family is not available for my account by the end of June of each current season, the business office will notify me of my fiduciary responsibility.

My member card will not allow access to the pool facility and the sublease family will receive a member card of their own.

I understand that this transfer is valid until I notify the business office to cancel this request. If I sell my home, this transfer request is void upon notification. Cancellations are only allowed at the end of a pool season.

I agree that I have read the sublease policy as well as these terms and agree to the sublease terms. A copy of the policy, a confirmation email and rules of use will be emailed back to you and the subleasee to confirm the business office receipt of this agreement.
