	I verify that I am a member of Colby Lake Swim and Tennis Association and have read the sublease policy. I agree to transfer my membership to the sublease family listed here for the current pool season only. I also agree that a $75.00 sublease transfer fee will be applied to my account. I can pay through the website online via PayPal or mail a check to the business office. My member card will not allow access to the pool facility and the sublease family will receive a member card of their own. I understand that this transfer is valid for the 2011/2012 pool season only. I agree that I read the policy and agree to the sublease terms. A copy of the policy, a confirmation email and rules of use will be emailed back to you and the subleasee to confirm the business office receipt of this agreement.
