Requesting to Sublease a Colby Lake Swim & Tennis Association

People wishing to sublease can add their name, address and contact information to this list by submitting a request to be added to sublease list (below).
There is a $50.00 sublease administration fee that is payable to the Colby Lake Swim & Tennis Association.
The member will probably charge the sublesee for this fee along with member dues.
That agreement is between you and the member.
The administration office does not provide memberships to non-members.
Subleasing is temporary for the current season only unless you recieve a recurring sublease opportunity. The business office manages these. All recurring sublease members received a letter of intent this season so you should already know who you are.
Do not contact the business office to be added unless you DO NOT have an email address.
The Colby Lake Swim & Tennis Association Board of Directors do not encourage subleasing memberships but recognizes that it occurs.
For the benefit of our member community, the board is only making sure that all transactions are monitored.
Subleasing requires a sublease agreement form to be submitted to the administrative office at the Colby Lake Swim & Tennis Association by the member.
Placing your name on this list is not a guarantee of sublease availablity.
