Sublease your Membership
(For Members Only)

If you are not intending to use your Colby Lake Swim & Tennis Association membership for the current season, you can sublease your membership. 

You have the option of:

• subleasing your membership yourself

• Request for us to sublease for you on a recurring basis.

Our membership runs from May - April

Our dues and membership invoices are mailed by the end of March each year and are due by mid April each year. Any accounts not paid in August will be turned over to our Collection Agency Representative.

These are intended to help you sublease of your membership:

• Sublease Policy
• Find your own subleasee:
  • Fill out the Online Agreement Form or
  • Print a form for mailing
  • (you are responsible for finding a subleasee and paying the dues and sublease fee.
• Business Office Request for Recurring Sublease:
  • Online Request Form
  • (the business office will sublease for you and apply the dues to your account)
• Pay online dues or sublease fee
• List of people who want to sublease
