I did not get cards for the new keyless gate system. How do I obtain them? |
- In 2007, all members who had account balances that were current and up to date and did not sublease their membership received a set of two permanent cards with a personal code for the gate.
- Members who had accounts in arrears or who subleased, did not get new cards for the 07/08 season.
- Members who become current for the first time since 07 or who previously did not get cards and don't sublease, will get cards when their dues are paid this year.
- Members who subleased did not get their cards in 2007 and will not get cards until they no longer sublease. Cards were sent to their subleasee.
We keep a record of all card numbers and if for some other reason, you did not receive cards, they will get mailed to you with your 08 sticker when your account is paid this year. |
| |
| How do the cards work for the gate? |
- Each member home or sublease gets 1 set of 2 cards when the dues are paid the first time. Each year when dues are renewed, the member will receive a validation sticker to be applied to each card.
- Members will not receive new cards every year but will receive a current validation sticker each year to be applied to their cards.
- The back of each set of cards has a unique random number that is programmed into the gate. Do not share this number, we require each member to show their cards to the guard on duty.
- All card codes are turned off at the end of the season and reinstated when the dues are paid in the next calendar year.
- These cards are permanent.
- Cards can be replaced for $20/set if they are lost and new cards replace previous card codes. If cards are damaged, return them to us a we will replace for free. Lost cards cost $20.00.
- Sublease cards are only turned back on if the same person subleases again. We maintain records of subleases.
