The Colby Lake Swim & Tennis Association consists of 655 member homes in (partial) Colby Lake and all of Highland Village.
Your membership is a permanent part of the covenants that are recorded with deed and was assigned at the time your house was built. It is not a membership that you can take with you if you sell your home, nor is it one you may choose to opt out of. You may choose to not use the membership or sublease your membership but it is still your responsibility to pay the annual dues. Here is a link to the sublease form. Feel free to fill it out, include the sublease fee of $50.00 (usually paid by the family subleasing) and submit it to our business office.
The Association Declarations and By Laws are attached to your Title Documents which you should have received or at least were reviewed at your closing. To obtain a copy please go to the Washington County Courthouse where they are recorded.
You may also have a homeowners association. Colby Lake Swim & Tennis Association is a separate association and is not affiliated with any of the homeowners associations. We provide links to homeowners associations if they have been provided to us.
