Membership dues, sublease fees, swim lesson tuition, late fees, and other Association-related payments may be made by check or online.
For 2026: Annual dues are $303. Subleasing including dues and fees are $459. See Swim Lessons area for swim lesson fees.

Enter the property street address associated with the membership (example: 1234 Colby Lake Drive).
Description Field: Swimming Lessons
Include the student name(s) in addition to the member address (if applicable).
Payment Amount
Enter the correct payment amount for dues, swim lessons, sublease fees, or other charges.
Quantity
Leave quantity set to “1.”
Payments cannot be credited properly without a member property address.
