If you are selling a home within the Colby Lake Swim & Tennis Association, you may request a Dues Current Letter or Common Interest Community (CIC) /Resale Certificate documentation for closing.

Processing Time: Up to 10 business days
Standard Fee: $109 for each document type ($109 for one document; $218 for both documents)
Expedited Fee (under 10 business days): $218 for each document type ($218 for one document; $436 for both documents)

Documentation fees are normally invoiced by the Association and paid through the closing process. If payment is needed before closing, please contact the association or use the Other Association Payment option on the Payments page.

If your title company has a specific request form, please submit this request and then email the document to admin@colbylakepool.com referencing the property address.
