Documentation fees are normally invoiced by the Association and paid through the closing process. If payment is needed before closing, please contact the association or use the Other Association Payment option on the Payments page.

If your title company has a specific request form, please submit this request and then email the document to admin@colbylakepool.com referencing the property address.
