Membership / Sublease Payments
Each Colby Lake property must either pay annual membership dues or participate in the sublease program.
- 2026 Annual Association Membership Dues: $303
- 2026 Sublease Fee (includes dues and fees): $459
Include the member property address in the payment notes so your payment can be credited correctly.
Other Association Payment
Use this option only if you were instructed by the association to make a different payment.
