If you are selling your home located in the bounds of the Colby Lake Swim and Tennis Association, please note a Dues Current letter or a Common Interest Community Form (CIC) may be required. We have 10 days to process these requests. There is a $105 fee for these reports to be processed ($210 if needed before 10 days). Please allow enough time to have this processed prior to closing.
